- Dip each apple into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Immediately roll the chocolate-coated apple in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and then in the crushed shortcake cookies or graham crackers.
- Place the apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Serve these candy apples on a platter at room temperature. Pair with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat. To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, separating with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
