  • 1 bag Rold Gold Tiny Twists Pretzels
  • 1 8oz block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust to suit your sweetness preference.
  • 1 8oz tub Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 21oz can Duncan Hines Wilderness Strawberry Pie Filling Can substitute with other pie filling flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place half the bag of Rold Gold Tiny Twists into a zip-top bag and crush them into coarse chunks.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the sweet cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
  4. Carefully fold the entire can of chunky strawberry pie filling into the white fluff, creating bright red swirls.
  5. Just before serving, fold in the crushed pretzel chunks to maintain their crunchiness.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with whole pretzels and an extra spoonful of strawberry pie filling.

Notes

Chill before serving to enhance the flavors. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add pretzel chunks just before serving to keep them crunchy. Can be made a day in advance.
