Preparation
- Wash and slice the strawberries thinly, aiming for uniform thickness.
- Peel and slice the banana on a slight diagonal.
- Have your peanut butter, jam, and wrap base ready beside each other.
Assembly
- Lay the tortilla, crepe, or flatbread flat on a clean work surface.
- Spread the peanut butter in an even layer across the entire surface.
- Spread the strawberry jam over the peanut butter in an equally even layer.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries and banana slices in a single, even layer across one end of the wrap.
- Starting from the fruit end, roll the wrap as tightly as possible.
- Press the seam side down on the cutting board to hold it closed for 30 seconds before slicing.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into rounds approximately 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
Notes
These roll-ups can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator. They are suitable for lunchboxes; just ensure to use nut-free alternatives if necessary.
