- In a medium saucepan, combine the strawberries, honey, jalapeños, lemon juice, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If you desire a thicker consistency, add pectin according to package instructions.
- Remove from heat and let the jam cool slightly.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and refrigerate.
Notes
Store in sterilized jars in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, can the jam properly.
