Notes

Strawberry Earthquake Cake can be served warm or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries for extra appeal. To store leftovers, wrap tightly or place in an airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. For added flavor, include a teaspoon of vanilla extract in the mix. Chop strawberries evenly, and if using frozen, do not thaw them beforehand.
