Preparation
- In a bowl, toss the crushed Golden Oreos with the dry strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter until it forms a pink, crumbly streusel.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until completely smooth.
- Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Assembly
- Spoon a layer of the strawberry crunch crumb into the bottom of small clear plastic party cups.
- Pipe or spoon a thick layer of the cheesecake filling over the crumbs.
- Top with a layer of diced fresh strawberries, followed by another heavy layer of the strawberry crunch crumb.
- Chill for 1 hour.
Notes
These cups are best served chilled. Garnish with a whole strawberry on top before serving, or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
