Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 package 1 (14.3oz) package Nabisco Golden Oreos (crushed) Crushed Golden Oreos provide the crunchy base.
  • 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp Jell-O Strawberry Gelatin powder Adds flavor and color to the crust.
  • 4 Tbsp 4 Tbsp butter (melted) Used to bind the crust ingredients together.
For the cheesecake filling
  • 1 block 1 (8oz) block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) Ensure it's softened for a smooth mixture.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup powdered sugar Can be adjusted according to taste.
  • 1 tub 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed) For a light and fluffy texture.
  • to taste Fresh strawberries (diced) Use fresh for the best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss the crushed Golden Oreos with the dry strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter until it forms a pink, crumbly streusel.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until completely smooth.
  3. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Assembly
  1. Spoon a layer of the strawberry crunch crumb into the bottom of small clear plastic party cups.
  2. Pipe or spoon a thick layer of the cheesecake filling over the crumbs.
  3. Top with a layer of diced fresh strawberries, followed by another heavy layer of the strawberry crunch crumb.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.

Notes

These cups are best served chilled. Garnish with a whole strawberry on top before serving, or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
