Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of small cupcake liners to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and whipped cream gently.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust in each cupcake liner.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
- Serve chilled on a nice platter or enjoy directly from the fridge.
Notes
To keep your cheesecake bites fresh, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can freeze them for up to 2 months; let them thaw in the fridge before serving.
