- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add in the sliced strawberries and graham cracker crumbs, and mix until evenly distributed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Serve in individual cups or bowls, and garnish with extra strawberry slices. Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Texture may change slightly after refrigeration.
