- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assembly
- Layer the cheesecake filling on top of the graham crumbs.
- Add diced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Finish with whipped topping, and drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
Chilling
- Chill until creamy and serve cold.
