Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter Melt butter to mix with the graham cracker crumbs.
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened to room temperature.
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced strawberries Use fresh strawberries for best texture.
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • to taste Chocolate syrup or cookie crumbs For drizzling or sprinkling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press a layer into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Layer the cheesecake filling on top of the graham crumbs.
  2. Add diced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer.
  3. Finish with whipped topping, and drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
Chilling
  1. Chill until creamy and serve cold.

Notes

Store any leftover cups in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best freshness, consume as soon as possible. You can customize the recipe with different fruits or jams.
