Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
- Fold in the softened cream cheese until the mixture is smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with vanilla ice cream or enjoy with a glass of milk. To store, keep in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days, or freeze for up to three months with parchment paper between layers.
