Ingredients
  

Pudding Mixture
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Fruits
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced Slice just before layering to prevent browning.
Cream Mixture
  • 1 package cream cheese Beat until smooth.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub whipped cream Or homemade whipped cream.
Topping
  • Graham cracker crumbs For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Cream Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth, then add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
Assembly
  1. In a serving dish, start layering: first, half of the pudding mixture.
  2. Then a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding mixture, bananas, and strawberries.
  4. Top with graham cracker crumbs and additional whipped cream if desired.
Refrigeration
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Store any leftover pudding in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. Consume within 3 to 4 days for the best taste and freshness.
