Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 cups reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt You can substitute with dairy-free yogurt if preferred.
  • 1 cup carrot juice Can substitute with water or other juices for different flavors.
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries Fresh strawberries can also be used.

Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
Serving
  1. Serve in tall glasses with a slice of strawberry or a sprinkle of granola on top if desired.
  2. Enjoy them cold for a refreshing drink any time of the day!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours for best flavor and texture. Freezing in ice cube trays is an option for a longer shelf life.
