- Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the mixture is a bit too thick for your liking, add in extra milk or water.
- If it is a little too thin for your liking, add in extra frozen fruit.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, top with sugar-free whipped cream. Add fresh fruit or granola on top for added texture and flavor. Smoothies are best when fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
