Smoothie Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberry Fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced) For a colder smoothie
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with any yogurt
  • 1 cup water or milk Use almond or coconut milk for a dairy-free option
  • Sugar-free whipped cream (optional) For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the mixture is a bit too thick for your liking, add in extra milk or water.
  4. If it is a little too thin for your liking, add in extra frozen fruit.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch, top with sugar-free whipped cream. Add fresh fruit or granola on top for added texture and flavor. Smoothies are best when fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
