Preparation
- Prepare the cake and let it cool completely.
Whipping Cream
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Layering the Cake
- Layer the cooled cake with sliced strawberries and drizzle woodruff syrup between layers.
- Spread the whipped cream on top of the cake and decorate with more strawberries and mint leaves.
Chilling
- Chill the cake before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled for best flavor. You can slice into wedges and garnish each slice with additional strawberries and a sprig of mint. Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
