Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Layer
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is very soft for a smooth filling.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Whipped Cream Topping
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries work best, thaw and drain if using frozen.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  2. Once baked, let it cool completely.
Whipping Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
Assembly
  1. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cheesecake layer.
  2. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve cold for the best taste. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. You can experiment with other fruits or add flavor extracts for variations.
