- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms; sauté until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in chicken broth, steak sauce, and Dijon mustard, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve on soft burger buns.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some garlic or onion powder when cooking the beef. These Sloppy Joes are great with a side of fries or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
