Ingredients
  

For the Steak and Veggies
  • 1 lb 1 lb (450g) flank or sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 unit 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 unit 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp cumin
  • to taste Salt & pepper
For the Fries
  • 2 large 2 large potatoes, cut into thick fries
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
For the Salad
  • 1/2 unit 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 5–6 unit 5–6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

Marinate & Cook the Steak
  1. In a bowl, toss steak strips with olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear in a hot skillet for that mouthwatering sizzle and flavor explosion.
Sauté the Veggies
  1. In the same pan, cook bell peppers and onion until soft and slightly caramelized.
  2. Mix with the cooked steak.
Bake the Fries
  1. Toss potato wedges in oil and salt.
  2. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Toss the Salad
  1. Mix lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Plate It Up
  1. Load your plate with steak fajitas, fries, and salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for a few hours or overnight if possible. Use a mix of colorful bell peppers for a beautiful presentation. Cut fries evenly for uniform cooking. Optionally, add other veggies like mushrooms or zucchini to the fajitas.
