Sauté the Veggies
- In the same pan, cook bell peppers and onion until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Mix with the cooked steak.
Bake the Fries
- Toss potato wedges in oil and salt.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Toss the Salad
- Mix lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Plate It Up
- Load your plate with steak fajitas, fries, and salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for a few hours or overnight if possible. Use a mix of colorful bell peppers for a beautiful presentation. Cut fries evenly for uniform cooking. Optionally, add other veggies like mushrooms or zucchini to the fajitas.
