  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional) For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
