Classic Buffalo Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 120 ml Buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
Hot Honey Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 80 g butter
Korean Gochujang Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • to garnish Sesame seeds for finishing
Spicy Garlic Parmesan Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 60 g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 40 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
Sweet Chili Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 150 g sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
Extra Hot Chili Garlic Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 60 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook the wings for 40–45 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a pan or bowl as needed for each recipe.
  2. Mix the respective sauces as per the specific wing recipe.
Coating
  1. Toss the cooked wings in the prepared sauce until fully coated.

Notes

Serve wings hot with dipping sauces like blue cheese or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
