Ingredients
  

Seafood and sausage
  • 1 lb shrimp (with shells)
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
Vegetables
  • 3 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 4 medium potatoes, halved Waxy potatoes like red or Yukon gold are best.
Additional ingredients
  • 6 whole boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook until slightly tender.
  3. Add corn and sausage, cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Next, add crab legs and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and everything is heated through.
  5. Drain the boil and transfer the contents to a large tray or bowl.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  7. Pour the sauce over the seafood and toss well to coat.
  8. Add boiled eggs, mix gently, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve family-style on a large tray. Provide extra napkins and crusty bread to soak up the juices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
