Preparation
- Start by boiling the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions.
- In a separate pan, cook the hamburger meat until brown. Drain the excess fat.
- Add spaghetti sauce and your choice of seasoning to the cooked meat. Mix well.
Assembly
- After boiling, drain the pasta shells and prepare a baking pan by pouring some extra spaghetti sauce at the bottom.
- Fill each pasta shell with the meat mixture and place them in the sauce-covered pan.
- Pour more spaghetti sauce over the stuffed shells, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the oven at 350°F until the cheese melts and the dish is heated through, usually around 25-30 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven, optionally garnished with fresh basil or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. If you have leftovers, let them cool completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
