- In a large bowl, blend the sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add grapes to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- If desired, fold in chopped pecans and vanilla extract.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
To store Southern Grape Salad, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving if it has been stored for a while. You can garnish with whole grapes or additional pecans for presentation.
