Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced bananas with granulated sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until just combined.
  5. Fold in the bananas.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and set.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
