Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced bananas with granulated sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until just combined.
- Fold in the bananas.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Serve warm, with or without toppings like whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Can store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
