Preparation
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant and soft.
  4. Stir in the sour cream and parsley, heating gently until combined.
  5. Mix the cooked noodles with the beef mixture until well coated.
  6. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
