Preparation

Baking
- In a small bowl, mix together the additional sugar and cinnamon for the topping, and sprinkle it over the muffins.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
