S'mores Twinkie Cups

Ingredients
  

For the Cups
  • 6 pieces Twinkies, sliced
  • 2 cups Chocolate pudding Can use instant for quicker prep
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows Can substitute with regular marshmallows cut smaller
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the Twinkies in half lengthwise.
  2. In a cup or small bowl, layer the sliced Twinkie halves at the bottom.
  3. Top with a layer of chocolate pudding.
  4. Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the pudding.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallows.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Optionally, broil for a few minutes to slightly melt the marshmallows.
Serving
  1. Serve right after making them in clear cups to show off the layers.
  2. Optionally drizzle chocolate sauce on top for extra sweetness.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. Will stay fresh for up to two days but marshmallows may become sticky.
