Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Toppings
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir in melted butter until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the crust, then add chocolate chips on top.
  5. Pour milk evenly over the mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

These bars are best served warm. Cutting them into squares and pairing them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream enhances the enjoyment. Drizzling chocolate sauce adds sweetness. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge. Freeze for longer storage.
