Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir in melted butter until thoroughly mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the crust, then add chocolate chips on top.
- Pour milk evenly over the mixture.
Baking
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serving
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
These bars are best served warm. Cutting them into squares and pairing them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream enhances the enjoyment. Drizzling chocolate sauce adds sweetness. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge. Freeze for longer storage.
