- In a slow cooker, combine beef, pinto beans, onion, green chiles, beef broth, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender and beans are cooked through.

Notes
If using dried pinto beans, soak them overnight for the best texture. For a thicker stew, blend a portion of the beans and stir back into the mixture. Feel free to add in other vegetables for added flavor and nutrition.
