Preparation
- Throw the cream of chicken, water, and chicken gravy packets into the crockpot.
- Season chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Place chicken in the crockpot and let cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Take chicken out and pull it apart with 2 forks, then re-add to the crockpot.
Serving
- Serve hot over a pile of creamy mashed potatoes with extra gravy on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped onions or celery to the crockpot. Adjust seasoning to taste. For thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the gravy during the last hour of cooking.
