Preparation
- In your slow cooker, combine the water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed and the brown sugar has melted into the sauce.
Cooking
- Place the beef back ribs into the slow cooker, turning them so they’re fully coated in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat easily separates from the bone.
Serving
- Serve hot and enjoy the sticky, savory, tender goodness!
- These ribs taste even better the next day — if any are left!
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, or warm bread to soak up the sauce.
