Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the box instructions and then drain it.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the grease from the pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, the meat mixture, both cans of Manwich sauce, and the bag of Velveeta shreds until well combined.
- Pour this mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Top the mixture with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 20–25 minutes, or until it is bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread. Add pickles or coleslaw for extra crunch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
