- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine.
- Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Shrimp Salvatore is best served hot. Pair it with garlic bread or a fresh salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
