- Mix ground pork, shrimp, soy sauce, and chopped green onions in a bowl.
- Fill wonton wrappers with the mixture and shape them into small dumplings.
- Steam the siomai for about 15 minutes until cooked through and serve hot.
Serving Siomai
- Serve siomai hot with soy sauce or chili sauce for dipping.
Notes
Leftover shawarma can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and siomai can be stored for up to 2-3 days in the fridge. Both dishes can be reheated appropriately.
