Ingredients
  

Seafood Marinade Ingredients
  • 500 g seafood (shrimp, fish, or mixed) Fresh seafood is preferred.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • to taste salt & black pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 40 g butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Method
 

Garlic Lemon Seafood Marinade
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add seafood and coat well. Marinate for 15–25 minutes.
Spicy Cajun Seafood Marinade
  1. In another bowl, mix olive oil with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add seafood and toss well. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Butter Herb Seafood Marinade
  1. Combine melted butter with minced garlic and herbs in a bowl.
  2. Coat the seafood evenly and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Soy Ginger Seafood Marinade
  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Add seafood and ensure it is well coated. Marinate for 15–25 minutes.
Chili Lime Seafood Marinade
  1. Combine lime juice, olive oil, chili flakes, and seasonings in a bowl or ziplock bag.
  2. Add seafood and mix until fully coated. Marinate for 15–25 minutes.
Creamy Garlic Seafood Marinade
  1. Mix heavy cream with minced garlic, parsley, and seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Coat the seafood evenly and marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Notes

Cook the seafood quickly for 2–4 minutes total. Overcooking can make it rubbery. Serve on rice or in tacos with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
