Ingredients
  

Lasagna Components
  • 12 noodles lasagna noodles Cook as per package instructions.
Seafood Filling
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined Can use frozen shrimp.
  • 1 lb crab meat Fresh or frozen, thawed.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Reserve half for topping.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Reserve half for topping.
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, and Alfredo sauce.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  2. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  3. Spread half of the seafood mixture over the noodles, then half of the cheese mixture on top.
  4. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of noodles and remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using different seafood like scallops or lobster. Make sure the seafood mixture is well combined for even distribution of flavors. Let the lasagna rest after baking to make cutting and serving easier. If you’re short on time, you can use store-bought lasagna noodles that don’t require boiling. You can also customize this recipe by adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for enhanced nutrition and flavor.
