Preparation
  1. Cook the chicken pieces until they are very crisp.
  2. Warm the potatoes through until they are steaming hot.
  3. Heat the corn and beef gravy in separate small saucepans.
Assembly
  1. Place a large scoop of potato at the bottom of each bowl.
  2. Layer the corn and chicken on top of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the hot gravy over everything and finish with the cheese.
