Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Slice the bagels in half and arrange them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese over the surface of each bagel half.
- Spoon a small amount of white country gravy over each bagel.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage crumbles and bacon bits evenly across the bagels.
- Cover the entire surface with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the cheese melts completely and begins to bubble.
- Remove the bagels from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for easier spreading. For a crispier texture, lightly toast the bagels before adding toppings. You can customize by adding scrambled eggs, green onions, or using different cheeses.
