  • 8 large crescent roll dough triangles
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until fully cooked, then crumble it.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them in the skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until scrambled.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay each triangle on a baking sheet.
  5. Place a portion of scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough up starting from the wide end to the point.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
