Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until fully cooked, then crumble it.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them in the skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until scrambled.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay each triangle on a baking sheet.
- Place a portion of scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough up starting from the wide end to the point.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
