Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
- While the air fryer is preheating, slice the peppers and onions.
Cooking the Chips
- Cook the chips in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
- In a frying pan, soften the sliced peppers and onions with salt and pepper seasoning.
- After 15 minutes, add the softened peppers and onions to the fryer.
- Spray a little cooking spray over the chips and toss everything together.
- Continue to air fry for an additional 7 minutes.
- For extra crispiness, air fry on max crisp setting for 2 more minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for crispiness. Experiment with different types of peppers for varied flavors.
