  • 1 package Eggroll wrappers Follow packaging for use.

Preparation
  1. Cook the ground meat in a skillet until browned.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked meat, Rotel, Velveeta cheese sauce, and jalapeños.
  3. Chill the mixture to stiffen it.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Take an eggroll wrapper and place a spoonful of the dip mixture in the center.
  2. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the eggrolls until golden brown, or bake in an oven until crispy.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, salsa, or guacamole. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm.
