Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
- Stir in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese until mixed.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm, best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. These sausage balls can be paired with ranch, sour cream, or spicy salsa for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and reheat as needed.
