  • 1 10-ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Stir in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese until mixed.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
