  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, very well drained Ensure they are well drained to prevent sogginess.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and well-drained Rotel tomatoes.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
