  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold root beer Make sure the root beer is cold for best results.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold root beer.
  2. Whisk the mixture until it thickens.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve the pie cold for the best taste.
  2. You can slice it and place it on dishes.
  3. Optionally, top with whipped cream and additional root beer if desired.

Notes

To store the pie, cover it with plastic wrap or foil and keep it in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 3-4 days. You can add root beer extract for extra flavor.
