Preparation
- In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter and Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme until thick and sticky.
- Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto a Ritz Cracker and top with another cracker to form a sandwich. Repeat, then freeze the sandwiches for 15 minutes.
Coating
- Melt the Hershey's Chocolate Chips and Crisco Vegetable Shortening in the microwave in 30-second bursts until completely smooth.
- Dip half of each chilled cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper and let set before serving.
Notes
Serve sandwiches chilled or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage, separating with parchment paper.
