Ingredients
  

For the tea
  • 4 cups 4 cups boiling water Used for steeping the tea.
  • 4 cups 4 cups cold water Used to dilute the brewed tea.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup granulated sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Fresh strawberries (sliced) Use ripe, fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • Tea bags (black or green tea) Choose your preferred type of tea.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil 4 cups of water and steep the tea bags according to package instructions.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add the cold water and sliced strawberries to the tea.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serving
  1. Serve this delicious iced tea in tall glasses over ice.
  2. For a beautiful presentation, add a few extra sliced strawberries to each glass.
  3. You can also add a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for extra flavor and decoration.

Notes

Store leftover iced tea in a pitcher or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best taste, consume within 24 hours.
