Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 box waffle cones
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces candies Additional candies can be used for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in the Reese's Pieces candies.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the waffle cones.
  5. Decorate the tops with extra Reese's Pieces if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can store leftover cheesecake cones in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a couple of days. If preparing ahead, store the filling separately and fill the cones before serving.
