Preparation
- Prepare the graham cracker crust and press it into a baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Prepare Jell-O according to package instructions and let it cool.
Assembly
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Pour the prepared Jell-O over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
- Once set, top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Consider using a springform pan for easier removal. Allow each layer to cool before adding the next to prevent mixing. Feel free to switch up Jell-O flavors or add different fruits on top.
