Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 pack Graham cracker crust
For the cheesecake layer
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar Adjust to taste
For the Jell-O layers
  • 1 pack Jell-O mix (blue flavor)
  • 1 pack Jell-O mix (red flavor)
For serving
  • 1 cup Whipped cream For topping
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Halved or sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust and press it into a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Prepare Jell-O according to package instructions and let it cool.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  2. Pour the prepared Jell-O over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
  3. Once set, top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Consider using a springform pan for easier removal. Allow each layer to cool before adding the next to prevent mixing. Feel free to switch up Jell-O flavors or add different fruits on top.
