Preparation
  1. Slice each banana in half lengthwise and place the halves in banana split dishes or shallow bowls.
  2. Add scoops of vanilla ice cream in the center.
  3. For the red color, add strawberry ice cream or drizzle with strawberry topping.
  4. Next, add blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries for a blue touch.
  5. Sprinkle brownie bites over the ice cream.
  6. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate syrup, then add whipped cream on top.
  7. Finish with maraschino cherries and, if desired, sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles.
  8. Serve right away while cold and creamy.
