Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for richer flavor.
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping Can replace with homemade whipped cream.
Fresh Fruits
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
Optional Topping
  • optional graham cracker crumbs Add just before serving to keep crisp.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk; mix until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Layering
  1. In a serving dish, layer the cream cheese mixture with blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  2. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  3. Top with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Chill
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

Notes

Serve in bowls with extra berries on top for a vibrant presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container; best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
