  • 1 teaspoon chili powder Adjust according to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the spice mixture until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes
